ORDERS: We have partnered with a print on demand (made to order) company with facilities right here in America! So every purchase you make, whether it's a T-shirt, hoodie, coffee mug, etc., the design won't be put on the product till after you have ordered it (made to order). The product fulfillment time is between 2 to 5 business days. More than 50% of all orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. A plus side to purchasing print on demand products is that you will have many color and size options that otherwise you wouldn't have! Another huge plus side to print on demand is that it is environmentally friendly! Print on demand is generally more environmentally friendly than traditional manufacturing because it reduces waste, energy use, and water use. Traditional retailers produce items before putting them up for sale, so they are always manufactured in bulk to save money. In contrast, print on demand only makes products when an order is placed, limiting stock to items that already have a buyer. This let's us avoid the overproduction that is so widespread in the rest of the industry. With traditional retailers, unsold stock usually ends up in landfills or burned! DELIVERY: After an order has been fulfilled, then it will be shipped out. Estimated shipping time is 3 to 4 business days. If your order is late being delivered, before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. ● Ask your local post office if they have your package. ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at activeministryapparel@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. RETURNS: We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at activeministryapparel@gmail.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, within one week of receiving your wrong/damaged items, please contact us at activeministryapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll take care of that for you! Can you exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at activeministryapparel@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
